In Indian cuisine, the fine vermicelli vermicelli is mainly used to make desserts and sweet dishes. The noodles are boiled with milk or fried in fat. They are then sweetened with cane sugar and refined with other ingredients such as pistachios, almonds and raisins. Saffron, cardamom and cinnamon also go perfectly with Vermicelli pasta from TRS.
