Special Note regarding Mangoes

Please note the quantity of Mango pieces can vary from 8pcs to 12pcs.
The weight of one Big Box varies from 3,5kg to 4,0kg.

Shipping Information: As these are Chaunsa Mangoes which are fresh fruits which have a short durability we will use DHL as a delivery partner. At the moment we only send Chaunsa Mangoes.

The delivery takes place within a 1-2 day delivery period. Mangoes will only be sent on Wednesday. Before sending the will be taken a picture of each box. Mangoes will be sent only with Other vegetables or fruits but separately from other packed grocery items. Therefore an extra shipping fee applies.

Complaint: In case of Mangoes that arrive in damaged, rotten or molded condition you have to take Images on the same day of arrival and have to reach out to us within the same day time frame otherwise you are not applicable for a compensation in any shape or form. Also it is to be noted press marks of the Mango Are not a quality deficiency which is why this cannot be a valid reason for a complaint. Additionally the taste is also not a quality characteristic as the taste varies individually from person to person which is why we will reject any complaint based on taste remarks. If there is minimal damage to 1-2 Mangoes of a Whole Big Box this can happen and is a result of transport and we will not compensate for this.

Our mangoes are carefully selected and packed to arrive as fresh as possible.

As mangoes are a natural and delicate product, slight variations in colour, size, ripeness, or minor pressure marks may occur during transport. These are normal characteristics of fresh fruit and do not affect the quality or edibility of the mangoes.

Abschnitt Versand und Beschaffung

Der Anbieter wird die bestellte Ware, sofern er das Angebot des Kunden angenommen hat, nach Wahl des Kunden an die vom Kunden in der Bestellung angegebene Adresse versenden (Ziffer 5.) oder zur Abholung bereitstellen (Ziffer 6.).

Der Anbieter ist ausnahmsweise nicht zur Lieferung verpflichtet, wenn er die Ware ordnungsgemäß bestellt hat, jedoch nicht richtig oder rechtzeitig beliefert wurde (kongruentes Deckungsgeschäft). Voraussetzung ist, dass er die fehlende Warenverfügbarkeit nicht zu vertreten hat und den Kunden hierüber unverzüglich informiert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden unverzüglich erstattet.

Der Anbieter übernimmt kein Beschaffungsrisiko. Er liefert ausschließlich aus seinem eigenen Vorrat und von seinen Lieferanten bestellten Waren.

Der Versand erfolgt über externe Versanddienstleister. Verzögerungen oder Beschädigungen während des Transports liegen außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Anbieters.
Der Anbieter prüft Reklamationen individuell, übernimmt jedoch keine Garantie für Erstattung oder Ersatz.

ABSCHNITT 15 - SALVATORISCHE KLAUSEL

Sollte sich herausstellen, dass eine Bestimmung dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen rechtswidrig, nichtig oder nicht durchsetzbar ist, ist diese Bestimmung dennoch im gesetzlich zugelassenen Umfang durchsetzbar, und der nicht durchsetzbare Teil gilt als von diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen getrennt, wobei eine solche Festlegung keine Auswirkungen auf die Gültigkeit und Durchsetzbarkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hat.

13. I Storage of Rice, Grains and Other Dry Food Products

The customer is responsible for the proper storage of all rice, grain-based and other dry food products immediately upon delivery. Products should be stored in a cool, dry and hygienic environment, protected from heat, moisture and pests.

Please note that rice, grains, pulses, flour, spices and similar natural food products may naturally contain microscopic insect eggs that are not visible during production or packaging. Under certain storage conditions, particularly warm or humid environments, these eggs may hatch over time. This is a natural biological process and does not necessarily indicate that the product was defective at the time of delivery.

Kashmir Food shall not be liable for the development of insects, infestation or product deterioration resulting from improper storage, prolonged storage after delivery, environmental conditions or other factors beyond our control once the goods have been delivered to the customer.

Customers are advised to inspect products upon receipt and to transfer opened products into airtight containers where appropriate. Any concerns regarding the condition of a product should be reported to Kashmir Food without undue delay after delivery.
