Please note the quantity of Mango pieces can vary from 8pcs to 12pcs. 
The weight of one Big Box varies from 3,5kg to 4,0kg.

Shipping Information: As these are Chaunsa Mangoes which are fresh fruits which have a short durability we will use DHL as a delivery partner. At the moment we only send Chaunsa Mangoes.

The delivery takes place within a 1-2 day delivery period. Mangoes will only be sent on Wednesday. Before sending the will be taken a picture of each box. Mangoes will be sent only with Other vegetables or fruits but separately from other packed grocery items. Therefore an extra shipping fee applies.

Complaint: In case of Mangoes that arrive in damaged, rotten or molded condition you have to take Images on the same day of arrival and have to reach out to us within the same day time frame otherwise you are not applicable for a compensation in any shape or form. Also it is to be noted press marks of the Mango Are not a quality deficiency which is why this cannot be a valid reason for a complaint. Additionally the taste is also not a quality characteristic as the taste varies individually from person to person which is why we will reject any complaint based on taste remarks. If there is minimal damage to 1-2 Mangoes of a Whole Big Box this can happen and is a result of transport and we are not obligated to compensate for this.

Mangoes that are visibly in a bad condition from outside are only applicable for a complaint. We are not responsible for the inner part of the Mango as this is out of our Control. Once the Mangoes have been consumed the customer is no longer applicable for a complaint. If the Mangoes are not ripe yet this is also Not a reason for complaint as we select Mangoes that can withstand the transport. Therefore is suggested to wait for 1-2 days before consuming the. The taste of the Mango is also Not a reason for complaint as the taste is Not an objective factor  it rather an individual preference.

Our mangoes are carefully selected and packed to arrive as fresh as possible.

As mangoes are a natural and delicate product, slight variations in colour, size, ripeness, or minor pressure marks may occur during transport. These are normal characteristics of fresh fruit and do not affect the quality or edibility of the mangoes.

After Arrival: Please Store the Mangoes in a cool place or consume as soon as possible as These Mangoes are riping fast.
