Important Notice for Fresh Fruit and Vegetables

Fresh fruit and vegetables are natural products. Variations in appearance, colour, size, ripeness, texture, internal characteristics and taste are natural and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

Complaints regarding visible damage, mould or spoilage must be submitted on the same day the order arrives. Refunds or replacements apply only to products proven to be affected.

As these are perishable goods, the general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
